Haloxyl™

Haloxyl™ is a peptide complex based on four biologically active molecules, including matrikine lipopeptides Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 (Pal-GHK) and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (Pal-GQPR), iron chelating N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), and a flavonoid chrysin, that eliminates under-eye bags and dark circles.

  • Well known for their synergic action, the duo of the matrikines Pal-GHK and Pal-GQPR soothes local irritation and inflammation while stimulating fibroblasts and collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, and other GAGs production.
  • Chrysin promotes the production of the UGT1A1, an enzyme responsible for bilirubin metabolism, speeding up blood-originated pigments elimination.
  • NHS binds accumulated iron ions and makes them soluble for later elimination.

Chrysin and N-hydroxysuccinimide work synergically to boost the clearance of colored metabolites (pigments like biliverdin, bilirubin, and iron complexes) of blood hemoglobin, lessening dark circles, infra-orbital shadows, and local inflammation.

Haloxyl's balanced formula makes it an ideal eye care ingredient for formulations aiming treatment of dark circles, anti-aging, and eye contour redefining preparations.
