Either, and the formula is designed to be used both times. Many people apply it in the morning so the antioxidants support the daytime routine under sunscreen, then again in the evening on clean skin.
Where does it go in my routine?
On clean skin, before heavier steps. Cleanse, apply a thin layer of the serum, let it settle, then follow with moisturizer — and a broad spectrum SPF if it is morning.
Can I use it with a retinoid product?
Yes. An antioxidant serum layers comfortably with an evening retinoid routine such as AlphaRet Overnight Cream. Apply the serum first on clean skin, let it absorb, then apply the cream. If your skin is still adjusting to the retinoid, keep the serum to mornings only for a while.
Does it replace my sunscreen?
No. Antioxidant skincare supports your daytime routine, but it is not sun protection. Keep a broad spectrum SPF such as sunbetter TONE SMART SPF 75 Sunscreen Lotion as the final morning step.
Is it suitable for sensitive or drier skin?
