Policies
Deposits are Non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours and that of our team and other guests.
Cancellations within 24 hours
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service value to the card on file.
No-show appointments
If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, this will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value to the card on file.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your treatment may be shortened and the full service fee will still apply.
Card on file
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge your card according to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
