Texture and Experience
A soft gel-cream that spreads thinly and stays where it is put for the 15 minutes it works. A light tingle is normal. Skin feels notably smoother straight after rinsing. No added fragrance.

Safety Information

Not recommended for:
- Broken, sunburnt or freshly waxed skin
- Very dry, easily irritated skin that reacts to acids
- The same session as another acid or retinol treatment
- Leaving on the skin longer than the stated time

How often should I use it?
MBR directs once a day, morning or evening, after cleansing. Start with two or three times a week and build up as your skin gets used to it.
Is the tingling normal?
Yes, a light tingle is expected from the acids. Rinse straight away if it turns into stinging or burning.
How does it differ from MBR Beta Enzyme?
Both are 15-minute rinse-off exfoliating gels. Enzyme Specialist is the ContinueLine version for easily irritated skin: it carries a calming herbal infusion of centella, green tea, licorice and chamomile and no added fragrance. Beta Enzyme is the classic, lightly fragranced version and comes in three sizes.
Can I use it around the eyes and lips?
MBR states it can be applied to the eye and lip area if desired, but keep it off the lash line and avoid direct contact with the eyes.

Rinse well with lukewarm water, then apply your serum and cream. Skin absorbs them particularly well at this point.
