Safety Information
For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and rinse thoroughly with water if the emulsion gets into them. Do not apply to lips that are split or bleeding — wait until the skin has closed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs, close the tube after use and store out of reach of children.
Not recommended for:
- Anyone allergic to bee products — the formula contains propolis and royal jelly extract.
- Anyone with a known sensitivity to lanolin or its derivatives.
- Split, cracked or bleeding lips, until the skin has settled.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I wear it with lipstick?
Yes, either way round. Under lipstick it helps the colour hold; patted over the top it gives a soft satin shine.
Does it smell or taste of anything?
No added fragrance is used, which is unusual in the Valmont range and makes it easier to wear on the mouth. The texture is a light, milky emulsion rather than a waxy stick.
Does it protect against the sun?
The formula contains UV filters, but no SPF value is stated for it. For a day in strong sun, use a lip product with a declared SPF as well.
How is it different from Prime Regenera II?
Both belong to the Energy line and both concentrate on nourishment, but Prime Regenera II is a rich face and neck balm. This one is formulated for the thin skin of the lips and the lip contour.
How often can I apply it?
Morning, evening and as often through the day as you need. For very dry lips, leave a generous layer on overnight.
