Frequently Asked Questions
Whole face or just the T-zone?
Either. Combination skin usually applies it across the forehead, nose and chin and uses a hydrating mask on the cheeks at the same time.
How often should I use it?
Once or twice a week suits most skin. More than that can leave the surface feeling tight rather than balanced.
Will it dry my skin out?
It is formulated not to. The clay and black silt absorb surface oil while burdock and bisabolol keep the skin comfortable, and you rinse it off with lukewarm water rather than letting it crack on the face.
How is it different from Moisturizing with a Mask?
They do opposite jobs. This one draws out surface impurities and refines the look of pores; Moisturizing with a Mask replenishes and plumps. Many people keep both and choose by zone or by day.
What comes straight after?
Rinse with lukewarm water, then a toner or hydrating mist to rebalance the skin, followed by your serum and cream.
