A toner. It prepares the skin after cleansing; the serum and cream steps come afterwards.
Cotton pad or hands?
Either. Press it in from the palms for a gentler application, or sweep it on with a cotton pad if you want the extra clean-up of residue.
Can I use it on the neck and decolletage?
Yes. Continue the same sweep down the neck and across the decolletage.
Will it feel drying?
The formula contains alcohol for a fast, fresh finish, but it is balanced with urea, glycerin and hyaluronic acid. Very reactive skin may prefer the ContinueLine Soft Tonic instead.
Morning, evening or both?
Both, straight after cleansing.
