- The eyelid margin and lash line, which sit too close to the eye itself.
- Anyone with a known sensitivity to vitamin C derivatives, colourants such as Yellow 5, or fragrance components.
- Broken or irritated skin around the eye — wait until it has settled.

Where does it sit in the V-Firm routine?
After V-Firm Serum and before V-Firm Cream. Half a pump, applied in small touches around the contour with the ring finger.
Why can’t I just use V-Firm Cream around the eye?
The serum and the cream are both applied avoiding the eye contour. V-Firm Eye is the only formula in the line built for the thinner skin there, in a lighter gel that does not weigh down the eyelid.
Why is the gel golden?
The colour comes from caramel and Yellow 5 in the formula. It does not tint the skin and disappears as the gel absorbs.
It contains vitamin C — will it be too strong?
Valmont notes that the V-Firm collection is highly concentrated in vitamin C for optimum efficacy. Skin that is sensitive to it can start with one application a day and build up.
Can it be worn under makeup?
Yes. Let the gel absorb fully first, then apply concealer as usual.
