Safety Information
For external use only. Wet the face with warm water, massage one pump over the skin, and rinse thoroughly — it is not designed to be left on. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and rinse thoroughly with water if the cleanser gets into them. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Close the pump after use, keep away from direct sunlight, and store out of reach of children.
Not recommended for:
- Use as an eye make-up remover — keep it away from the eye area and use a dedicated remover there.
- Anyone with a known sensitivity to a listed ingredient, including lavender oil and orange peel oil.
- Very dry or tight-feeling skin, which is usually more comfortable with a cream or balm cleanser.
- Broken or sunburned skin — wait until the skin has settled.

Where does it sit in my routine?
First, always. Cleanse morning and evening, then apply serums, treatment products, moisturizer, and in the morning a broad spectrum sunscreen.
Will it take off a full face of make-up?
It lifts everyday make-up, sunscreen and daily pollutants in one pass. For heavy or long-wear make-up, do a first cleanse with a remover or balm and use this as the second cleanse.
Does it strip the skin?
It foams, but the surfactants are buffered with panthenol, beta-glucan and oat extract, so the skin should feel clean rather than tight. If it feels tight afterwards, once a day is enough.
Is it fragranced?
There is no added fragrance blend, but the formula contains lavender oil and orange peel oil, which give it a light natural scent. Both appear at the end of the ingredient list.
Can I use it before or after an in-office treatment?
Ask your provider first. They will tell you when to restart cleansing and with what.
