No. It is formulated for body skin. The Valmont face lines are made for the finer skin of the face and eye contour.
Does it leave a film under clothes?
It absorbs quickly. Allow about a minute before dressing and nothing transfers.
Is it rich enough for very dry legs and elbows?
Yes. Shea butter with argan and borage oils gives it the density those areas usually want. Reapply after bathing, when skin loses moisture fastest.
