Can I put makeup over it?
Yes. Let it sink in for a minute, follow with your usual cream, then apply makeup as normal.
Will it leave the area dry or flaky?
It should not. The formula is built around borage oil and panthenol for comfort rather than around stripping the skin, and it is meant to be followed by the cream that suits you.
