Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Payment policy:

  • We accept cards with US billing addresses only.
  • If you do not have US billing address, then you can pay through PayPal only. 

Shipping policy:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • BR SPA INC. will provide at least one free shipping option if the cart total raises $75.
  • BR SPA INC. ships to locations within the US only.
  • All items will be shipped from 550 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 within 1-3 business days of when purchase payment is received.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number from BR SPA INC. when your item is shipped via USPS

Returns & Exchanges policy:

  • We will gladly accept returns for any product purchased at upon receiving your item within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Any problems, missing items or issues with your shipment must be reported via email within 3 days of delivery. The item purchased must be:
  1. Returned with a dated receipt 
  2. Unopened, unused, and with an unbroken seal. Not used and In its original packaging. 
  3. Returns can not be accepted on items that have been opened or used.


  • BR SPA INC. can only guarantee a package if delivered and confirmed by the post office to the address provided with your order. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages, once shipments delivery has been confirmed with a valid tracking number. If a package is lost, stolen or misplaced it is the responsibility of the customer to track or file a claim with the USPS.
  • We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges for the returned item. The cost of return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. BR SPA INC. will pay for all return shipping fees on any damaged products.
  • A full refund to your credit card for the original price paid for a product will be issued within 30 days of BR SPA INC. receiving the returned item. The credit for your return cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • If you are returning a gift, you may do so if the item is unopened, not used and in its original packaging. You may choose either a credit to an existing Gift Card or a store merchandise credit. If you paid with a Gift Card(s), the debited amount will be credited to the card number(s), enabling you to reuse your Gift Card(s) towards future purchases online or in stores. 
  • You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed and your financial institution has been notified. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post your credit. 
  • BR SPA INC. is not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the unused returned item is carefully packed, shipped and received in its original condition.
  • Returns and refunds cannot be accepted after 14 days and are not redeemable for cash. All returns should be shipped directly to: 550 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, USA.
